Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Toms River, NJ is seeking a Store Framing Associate to build relationships with customers by delivering custom framing solutions and keeping a clean, well-merchandised store.

You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock shelves, support omni-channel processes, and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred or helpful.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships by using framing solutions and delivering high-quality custom framing orders.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and other assigned areas (SISO, replenishment).
• Operate the cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist customers and locate products; support Omni channel processes.
