Qualifications

• Must possess knowledge of design techniques and tools for technical plans.
• Required to be proficient in project management and technical drawing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects of projects including budgeting and invoicing.
• Lead project teams, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for clients throughout project phases.

Skills

Knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology

Knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines

Ability to communicate effectively

Proficiency in Deltek Vision/VantagePoint

Basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

At least six years’ experience in Interior Design or Architecture
