Job summary

NELSON Worldwide is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee architecture and design projects within the Retail Practice. This role demands a blend of technical knowledge and client relationship management.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, alongside relevant experience in project management, with a salary range of $80,000 – $120,000 and benefits including a 401(K) plan.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple architecture and design projects.
• Experience with LEED guidelines and sustainability practices.
• Skilled in financial management and project budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of architecture and design projects.
• Provide clear communication with clients and team members.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Skills

Knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally, graphically and in writing

Proficiency in contract administration

Basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Modeling software

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design

At least six years’ experience in Interior Design or Architecture
