Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to travel for site surveys and attend weekly calls.

Responsibilities

• Travel to perform architectural site surveys.
• Produce detailed drawing sets across SD, DD, CD with retail detailing.
• Coordinate with external consultants for complete construction documents.
• Assist Project Manager with coordination of construction documents for approvals.
• Attend virtual weekly OAC calls and review shop drawings and RFIs.
• Travel for construction site visits and punch-list activities.
