Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Retail Analytics Training Specialist to support market intelligence, retail analytics, and training initiatives. You will deliver data-driven training to retail partners across multiple locations and lead presentations in-person and virtually.

This role combines analytics with field work, requiring up to 50% travel nationwide. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills to create executive-grade reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar, OR equivalent professional experience in retail and/or flooring industry.
• Experience creating reports, presentations, and executive summaries (PowerPoint).
• Comfortable presenting/training in front of groups virtually and in-person.
• Analytical skills with Excel (Pivot Tables).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with using AI tools, such as ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and retail store visits.
• Analyze pricing, products, merchandising, and market trends.
• Prepare reports, market summaries, and business presentations.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training to retail partners.
• Support major retail accounts and field initiatives nationwide.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
