Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Retail Analytics Training Specialist to support market intelligence, retail analytics, and training initiatives. This role combines data analysis, field support, and presentations to help drive retail strategy and product adoption.

The position offers hybrid work in Morrisville/Charlotte, NC or Dalton, GA with 1–2 in-office days, 40–50% travel, and a salary of $60k-$80k plus discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with 4% match, and car allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar, OR equivalent professional experience in retail and/or flooring industry.
• Experience creating reports, presentations, and executive summaries (PowerPoint).
• Comfortable presenting/training in front of groups virtually and in-person.
• Analytical skills with Excel (Pivot Tables).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with using AI tools, such as ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and retail store visits.
• Analyze pricing, products, merchandising, and market trends.
• Prepare reports, market summaries, and business presentations.
• Deliver virtual and in-person training to retail partners.
• Support major retail accounts and field initiatives nationwide.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
