Job summary

Sony Electronics Inc. invites highly motivated students and recent graduates to join our Fall Internship in Account Management & Business Analytics.

You will support senior account managers across major retail partners with promotional calendars, MDF tracking, and business performance analyses in a dynamic consumer electronics environment. The role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, sales operations, and strategic recommendations, with exposure to real promotional investments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in relevant field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Promotional planning and calendar management for retailer accounts.
• Track promotional milestones, deadlines and execution requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support promotional readiness.
• Assist with promotion setup, funding allocation, and post-promotional analysis.
• Support MDF and claims management, including reconciliation of retailer claims.
• Develop recurring sales and business performance reports.
• Analyze revenue, margins, inventory, and promotions performance.
• Assist with sales forecasting and demand planning.
