Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations such as pant hems, waist and seat adjustments, sleeve and seam work, and collar modifications.
• Maintain a productive workflow with ~60 minutes of alteration per hour.
• Ensure garments meet quality standards and are pressed for a clean finish.
• Tag, organize, and prepare completed work for pickup; assist in inventory replenishment.
• Support front-of-house tasks and customer consultations to tailor fit recommendations.
• Share tailoring techniques with colleagues and assist in training staff.
