Men's Wearhouse is seeking a diligent Retail Store Tailor—Alterations to deliver precise clothing alterations, measurements, fittings, and minor garment repairs. The role emphasizes a strong eye for detail, reliability, and customer-focused service within a busy retail environment.

The Tailor will work closely with store teammates to maintain quality standards, manage time efficiently, and ensure customers leave with a perfect fit.

Qualifications

• Proficient sewing and alterations, including hems and fittings.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to read and follow store guidance.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently perform standard alterations such as pant hems, waist and seat adjustments, and sleeve alterations.
• Ensure garments meet high-quality standards with clean finishes and secure stitching.
• Press garments for a crisp finish and tag items for pickup.
• Assist with inventory and restock tailoring supplies as needed.
• Provide front-of-house support and assist customers with fittings and consultations.
