Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations such as hems, waist and seat adjustments, and sleeve alterations.
• Maintain an average of 60 minutes of productive alteration work per hour.
• Ensure garments have high-quality finishes, neat seams, and secure stitching.
• Press garments to achieve a clean, crisp finish.
• Assist with inventory management and prepare items for pickup.
• Support front-of-house activities and assist customers with consultations.
