Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations per guidelines (pant hems, waist/seat adjustments, rise and tapering, coat sleeves, seams, and collar adjustments).
• Maintain an average of 60 minutes of productive alteration work per hour.
• Ensure high-quality finishes: clean seams, secure stitching, remove loose threads.
• Press garments for a clean crisp finish.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and tools well-maintained.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tailor shop equipment.
• Tag, organize, and prep completed work for customer pickup.
• Monitor tailoring supplies and request replenishment as needed.
