Responsibilities

• Perform standard alterations (hem lengths, waist and seat adjustments, etc.) per guidelines.
• Maintain productive pace and ensure timely completion of alterations.
• Ensure garments meet high quality standards and finish details; press as needed.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; safely use tools and equipment.
• Accurately tag, organize, and prepare completed garments for pickup.
• Assist with inventory and restocking of tailoring supplies.
• Support front-of-house tasks and customer consultations as needed.
• Share tailoring knowledge with colleagues and assist in training staff.
