Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with administrative functions.
• Engage with customers to ensure an excellent experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain Associate personnel files and support onboarding of new Associates.
• Perform daily cash office functions and maintain cash office standards.
• Support scheduling, expense monitoring, supplies, and inventory with the Operations team.
• Ensure proper Associate coverage and communication of priorities to team members.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and aid in shrink reduction efforts.
