Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls store in Coralville is seeking a team-oriented associate to support store management, engage customers, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

You will assist with onboarding, scheduling, and associate records while modeling strong customer service and communication skills. Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience, with the ability to multi-task, train others, and adapt to shifts including nights

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience is required.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports store management in executing administrative functions.
