Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Greenfield, WI seeks a store-facing professional to support store management and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will engage customers, keep the store organized, and model outstanding service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role includes participating in hiring, onboarding new Associates, handling cash office tasks, scheduling support, and maintaining proper Associate coverage. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Takes an active role in the hiring process and onboarding of new Associates
• Maintains Associate personnel files
• Performs daily cash office functions and maintains cash office standards
• Supports scheduling, expense monitoring, supply inventory and requisition
• Maintains proper Associate coverage for a positive customer experience
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and programs
