Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to support on-site store activity, track display execution, and assist customers and frontline sales teams. You will drive to multiple stores and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

The role requires a vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 35 pounds. Schedule is 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Tue–Fri, with pay at $22.00 per hour and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort with using Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Word).
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
• Prior experience in retail or field sales support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide Swire Coca-Cola, USA staff on executing RED process clearly and practically.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consumers and employees.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain equipment inventory and care.
• Collaborate with teams to keep data reporting accurate and stable.
• Perform quality control and manage weekly routing and displays.

What does a Retail Brand Ambassador do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a Right Execution Daily (RED) surveyor you are part of our sales support staff and your passion for providing accuracy in data entry contributes to our excellence in execution. You will be on the front-line tracking display activity and data entry in the marketplace as well as connecting with the customers, consumers and our front-line sales associates. This position requires a vehicle and you will drive to various stores.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert level guidance to Swire Coca-Cola, USA associates on how deliverable can be achieved in an optimized, quality-based way by explaining the RED process in a clear, simple and practical fashion
• Build strong relationships with our customers, consumers and employees at all levels of the business
• Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures by all employees. Maintenance, care and inventory of all assigned equipment.
• Work closely with all teams within the organization to ensure data and reporting design are managed in the most efficient way to ensure long term stability in reporting outputs
• Ensure proper quality control procedures are utilized
• Manage an effective and efficient routing process each week
• Complete all necessary paper and/or electronic work, carefully review displays, price tags, signs and promotional materials ensuring they are up to standard
• Collaborate and communicate with all customers (internal & external) to maximize efficiencies maintenance, care and inventory of all assigned equipment

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation, Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
• Technology experience - iPhone/Smartphone devices a plus
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
