Responsibilities

• Support order management: Entering, processing, and tracking seasonal and weekly Walmart orders, including EDI replenishment activity.
• Monitor orders and shipments: Track open orders, inventory, shipping timelines, routing requirements, and delivery dates; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate data: Update customer and order information, account trackers, and reports; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate across teams: Partner with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and other internal teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
• Support customer communication: Respond to Walmart inquiries and provide updates on orders, shipments, shortages, and changes.
• Prepare reporting: Create and distribute order, inventory, and shipment recaps and summaries.
• Learn and improve: Develop knowledge of Walmart requirements, EDI processes, and internal systems; support process improvements and special projects.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and business.
