Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking an entry-level Account Services Coordinator to support Walmart orders and related data across Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Production teams. The role focuses on accuracy, timelines, and proactive communication in a fast-paced NYC office.

You will gain hands-on experience in order management, EDI replenishment, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration while developing knowledge of Walmart requirements and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role in customer service and account operations.
• Experience with Walmart account is preferred.
• Familiarity with EDI order processing is a plus.
• ERP or order-management systems experience is a plus.
• Strong data management and accuracy across systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and track Walmart orders including EDI replenishment.
• Monitor orders and shipments; track inventory and delivery dates.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data across reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Production.
• Respond to Walmart inquiries and provide order updates.
• Prepare order, inventory, and shipment recap reports.
• Learn Walmart requirements and assist process improvements.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
