Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Program Manager in its Enterprise Change Office (ECO) to lead large, complex business and technology initiatives with a broad impact across product, sales, operations, and IT. You will ensure initiatives have clear outcomes, governance, and the right resources, partnering with leadership and external parties to deliver value.

You will influence at senior levels, apply flexible delivery models, and contribute to developing the ECO.

You ensure the right solution for the business problem at hand and address challenges at their core. You contribute to the development of products, services, and experiences that disrupt markets, generate value, and positively impact millions of lives.

  • As a Program Manager in ECO, you will drive delivery of large and complex initiatives and will be expected to lead with an influential point of view.
  • Your scope will include a range of projects– inclusive of business, technology and organizational change efforts with a strong focus on technology sponsored initiatives.
  • You will ensure each initiative has clear outcomes, and is setup (e.g. resources, methodology, governance) optimally for success.
  • You will successfully navigate a complex environment with project teams, business partners, leadership, external parties, and other stakeholders to deliver on Capital’s business priorities.
  • You will act as a resource for business contacts regarding initiative delivery and change capabilities and contribute to the development of the Enterprise Change Office.

  • You’ve had experience independently leading large/complex business and technology initiatives.
  • You have had asset management experience; ideally, experience delivering technology related change with broad business / organizational impacts.
  • You are a transformational leader who engages and inspires others to achieve meaningful results.
  • You can influence at the Director Level and above.
  • You’ve had previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, process improvement, change management, etc.), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.
  • You are a skilled communicator.
  • You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging.
  • You’ve fine-tuned your communication style to influence a variety of personalities.
  • You are passionate about people development or have a proven track record in people development.
  • You are flexible and agile and thrive off working with people at all levels and across all functional areas.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $153,842-$246,147

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
