Job summary

Jaguar Transport Holdings is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee safety, operations excellence, customer service, and Team Member development. The role leads the operations team and partners with the President to create a cooperative, results-driven environment that enables achieving mutual goals.

The candidate will supervise train crews, drive efficiency, maintain safety standards, and manage facility operations including forklift use and railcar switching.

Qualifications

• Experience in bulk commodity handling from railcars and trucks.
• Railcar switching experience.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Operation maintenance of equipment.
• 3PL warehouse software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervises train crews and coordinates warehouse operations.
• Drive efficiency by increasing productivity and controlling costs.
• Ensure safe operating standards to prevent injuries and damage.
• Foster a positive, engaged team through transparent leadership.
• Manage inventory daily and schedule movements within the facility.
• Interview, hire, and evaluate direct reports.
• Provide coverage and support for the President.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
