OHM Concessions Group is hiring a Restaurant Manager for our FAA airport location in Kansas City, MO. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, staff performance, inventory, ordering, and guest satisfaction while driving profits and maintaining high service standards.

The role requires leadership, familiarity with MS Word/Excel, and a track record of managing teams and ensuring compliance with policies. This on-site position offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel).
• Proficient in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service.
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
• Ensure consistent high quality food preparation and service.
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
• Respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Manage shifts including daily decision making, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service

Position Summary

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurants, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees. In addition, the Manager oversees inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimizes profits, and ensures that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The Manager reports to the Airport Director of Operations.
