The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Assistant Managers to lead high-volume airport restaurants. This role is ideal for proven leaders who thrive in complex operations, value people development, and can balance guest satisfaction with financial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across one or multiple restaurant locations within the airport.
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly staff.
• Drive results in labor management, cost of goods (COGS), average transaction value (ATV), and sales per enplanement (SPE).
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and union guidelines.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining brand standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Airport leadership, franchisors, and union representatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Assistant Manager or 2+ years as a Multi-Unit Manager in restaurants, hospitality, or concessions.
• Proven success managing high-volume operations ($3M+ annual sales).
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgets, P&Ls, and labor forecasting.
• Skilled in people development, accountability, and team culture.
• Flexible, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, highly regulated airport environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required airport security badging.
