The role combines supervisory duties for analysts with high-level individual contributions in marketing and executing engagements, primarily within the restructuring vertical. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and either an MBA, JD or CFA, plus 3+ years of progressive restructuring experience, or 5+ years with a bachelor's.

Institutional finance firm currently focused on corporate restructuring, illiquid distressed investing, and debt private placements seeking a Director. Must have 5-10 plus years of experience working in financial restructuring and bankruptcy within investment banking, private equity and financial services.

DIRECTORS work both as supervisors of analysts and as high-level individual contributors in the marketing and execution of engagements of all sorts in the firm, but can expect to spend most of their time in our restructuring vertical. Candidates should have a bachelors degree and either (a) an MBA, JD or CFA and at least three years of progressively responsible restructuring experience or (b) a bachelor degree and at least five years of progressively responsible restructuring experience. Directors are promotable to Senior Director, which is our initial engagement manager position, on a flexible time frame considering skills, relationships, and appetite for business development and leadership.

These are in-office positions in Midtown Manhattan. All positions offer a competitive base salary; performance-based bonus; medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits with an employee pre-tax contribution to premium, 401k with match, and paid time off.
