Global Law Firm in New York City seeks associates for its Insolvency & Restructuring practice in a hybrid NYC office. The role requires 2–4 years of restructuring experience representing debtors, committees, secured creditors, and other constituents in Chapter 11 and cross-border matters.

A JD from an accredited law school and admission to the New York Bar in good standing are required, along with having attended a top-50 law school and prior AmLaw 200 experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restructuring experience in Chapter 11 proceedings and cross-border matters.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.
• Admission to the New York Bar in good standing is required.
• Top 50 law school and AmLaw 200 experience preferred, with deposition/trial prep a plus.
