The role covers out-of-court workouts, Chapter 7/11/15 matters, thirteen-week cash forecasts and integrated three-statement models. Travel to client sites is required in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• 0 to 5 years of experience in restructuring, investment or banking, consulting, or public accounting.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in restructuring with out-of-court workouts and formal bankruptcy matters under US Bankruptcy Code.
• Build and maintain a thirteen week cash flow forecast and liquidity models; weekly variance reporting.
• Develop integrated three-statement financial models and business plan projections.
• Support liquidation, recovery, and waterfall analyses; analyze credit agreements and capital structures.
• Assist with Chapter 11 workstreams: first-day motions, SOFA and schedules.
• Prepare client, lender and court-ready presentations and written summaries.
• Contribute to business development materials and cross-border work.
