Job summary

G2 Capital Advisors seeks an accomplished Restructuring Associate to help manage liquidity, build financial models, and prepare client presentations. The role involves interacting with clients and internal stakeholders across deal processes in a hybrid Boston-based setting.

You will analyze profitability, oversee cash flow forecasting, and contribute to multi-year plans while mentoring junior team members and delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with liquidity management.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in professional services, management consulting, or investment banking environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage liquidity and forecast financial performance, including 13-week cash flow analyses, P&L budgets, and multi-year forecasts.
• Build integrated three-statement financial models and 12-month operating plans.
• Create client-ready final work products including PPT presentations and Excel reports.
• Develop and mentor junior resources and manage deadlines on complex deals.
