Job summary

SGV Habitat for Humanity's Pasadena ReStore is hiring a Part-Time, Non-Exempt ReStore Associate to support daily retail, warehouse, and online sales operations. The role involves helping customers, processing purchases, stocking and displaying merchandise, fulfilling online orders, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Shifts include Sundays and midweek afternoons for about 27 hours per week. The salary range is $19.00–$22.00 per hour, with opportunities to learn Shopify and other

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in retail, warehouse operations, sales, customer service, or related environment.
• Experience with marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, or online sales is preferred.
• Flexibility to work additional hours based on operational needs, including reporting early or remaining after a scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with merchandise and sales.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash during peak hours.
• Unload trucks and stock shelves to keep merchandise organized.
• Monitor online orders and assist in store operations.
