Job summary

Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce seeks a ReStore Associate – General Labor to maintain a clean, safe facility and grounds under the ReStore Director. You will support stocking, unloading donations, and helping customers load their vehicle as needed.

This full-time role requires evening and weekend work; you will help keep the store organized, follow the operations manual, and collaborate across teams to ensure excellent donor and customer service while upholding all safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining cleanliness and safety within a retail/Restore environment.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and assisting customers/donors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the ReStore building and property are clean, organized and safe.
• Collect trash and break down boxes to maximize dumpster space; lawn maintenance.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and lawn maintenance equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service to customers and donors.
• Stock materials to the sales floor with proper signage when necessary.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Coordinate with volunteers to support safety and maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by ReStore Managers/Assistant Managers.
