Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Wake County is seeking a ReStore Associate to support daily operations of the store front, sales floor, and donation receiving. You will coordinate volunteers to complete tasks efficiently and deliver excellent service to donors, customers, and volunteers alike.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires flexibility for evenings and Saturdays, with a typical 40-hour week. You will report to the Assistant ReStore Manager and help maintain merchandising, pricing, and register

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or donation centers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise volunteers and coordinate tasks.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store front end operations and processing donations.
• Leverage volunteers to accomplish daily tasks efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors, customers, and volunteers.
• Operate the cash register and support store projects as needed.
• Collaborate with the Assistant ReStore Manager on goals and tasks.
