Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Experience supervising and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure all operational standards are followed.
• Assign daily responsibilities and monitor progress to meet production, sales, and customer service goals.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and direction to staff and volunteers.
• Train and onboard new employees on procedures, safety, and policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers, donors, and volunteers.
• Oversee donation intake, processing, pricing, and merchandising activities.
• Assist with cash handling, POS monitoring, and records.
