Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region seeks a ReStore Manager to lead the Statesville ReStore operations, driving store performance and customer experience on a full-time basis.

You will oversee inventory, staff development, safety, and donor relations while aligning with our mission to provide safe and affordable housing opportunities. Rotating Sunday-Saturday schedule, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth are included.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office programs.
• Basic math and POS experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Budget and expense tracking experience.
• Management and customer service experience (5+ years of management required).
• Strong leadership skills.
• Basic HR skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to support Habitats Mission, Vision and Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and financial performance.
• Manage store inventory and cycle counts.
• Lead and develop ReStore staff; HR tasks as needed.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to shoppers and donors.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Prepare end-of-day reports.
