Job summary

Habitat for Humanity Greater Raleigh is seeking a ReStore Associate to support day-to-day operations of the store front, sales floor, and donation processing. You will work with volunteers and CS members to deliver excellent customer service to donors and shoppers while helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.

• No degree required; customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to manage volunteers and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions.
• Keep donation area clean, neat, and well-priced.
• Evaluate condition of incoming merchandise for sellability.
• Help manage volunteers and CS members during shifts.
