Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Wellness Instructor in Restorative Care to join the Rehab Therapy Team at La Frontera Nursing and Rehab - Laredo, TX. This PRN role offers flexible hours and meaningful patient-impact opportunities.

You will collaborate with therapists, receive onsite restorative training, and help deliver wellness and exercise programs to seniors under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• CNA certification current in state of practice.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Specialty fitness credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellness, fitness and exercise programs with the therapy team.
• Provide restorative care under supervision and assist in ambulation and mobility tasks.
• Support patient activity and wellness initiatives within a rehabilitation setting.

Education

CNA Certification

High School diploma or equivalent

Specialty certification as personal trainer / fitness instructor
