Job summary

St. Luke Living Center in Marion, KS seeks a Restorative Aide to support rehabilitation under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

You will assist residents with range of motion, mobility, ambulation, and other exercises, maintaining safety protocols and accurate daily documentation. The role requires a Kansas Nursing Assistant certification (preferred 2 years’ eldercare experience) and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a busy nursing facility environment.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas Nursing Assistant certification.
• Preferred 2 years of experience with the elderly.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provides restorative treatments per therapist instructions and ensures resident safety.
• Maintains daily Restorative records and care plan goals for each resident.
• Collaborates with team to support Choices philosophy and resident independence.
• Reports resident responses to therapists and care plan team for ongoing care.
• Follows policies on confidentiality and safety; participates in meetings.
• Assists with equipment audits.
