Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Full Time Restorative Aide to support rehabilitation services in a long-term care setting in New Hampshire. You will work under the Rehab Department to deliver restorative care that promotes maximum function and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities include directing restorative programs, ensuring safe care, and collaborating with nursing and therapy staff while maintaining documentation and supporting new staff orientation.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
• Two years' experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English to ensure safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in restorative programs for individual patients.
• Provide safe, effective restorative care under supervision.
• Communicate goals and approaches to nursing and rehab teams.
• Attend care conferences and contribute to restorative plans of care.
• Maintain accurate progress notes for residents in restorative programs.
• Assist with staff orientation and ongoing education on restorative nursing.
