Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Restorative CNA to perform restorative nursing duties as assigned by the Restorative Nurse. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a State approved CNA program.
• Active CNA license in the applicable state.
• Restorative nursing training completed.
• 1 year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lift, turn, move, position, and transport patients.
• Assist with baths, showers, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Accurately document and chart patient care.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Provide physician-ordered exercises to patients.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Assist in evacuation of patients.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability.
• Work well in an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
