Job description

Akoben LLC is seeking several amazing and committed RP/RJ Program Managers for a new project in Santa Ana, CA. The Akoben Program Manager serves as the operational leader for a portfolio of assigned school sites and is responsible for the supervision, coaching, and professional development of RP Practitioners. Program Managers ensure implementation quality, support site administrators, facilitate complex restorative processes, and provide ongoing oversight of restorative practices implementation across assigned schools.

The Program Manager serves as the primary link between school sites and Akoben leadership, helping ensure consistency, accountability, and responsiveness throughout the engagement.
