Job summary

Akoben LLC in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an in-school Restorative Practices Practitioner for a full-time, site-based role. You will implement restorative practices services within an assigned school, build relationships with students, families, and staff, and help create a safe, inclusive climate.

You will support Tier 1–3 restorative processes, facilitate interventions, promote student engagement and attendance, and contribute to a relationship-centered school culture.

Akoben LLC is seeking several amazing and committed RP/RJ practitioners for a new project in Santa Ana, CA. The Akoben Restorative Practices Practitioner is a full-time, site-based practitioner responsible for implementing restorative practices services within an assigned school community. Practitioners build relationships with students, families, and staff; facilitate restorative interventions; support student engagement and attendance; and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and relationship-centered school climate.

The Practitioner serves as a visible and trusted member of the school community and provides services across the full Restorative Practices Continuum, including Tier 1 community-building, Tier 2 conflict resolution and harm repair, and Tier 3 re-entry and intensive restorative supports.
