Qualifications

• California CNA certification required.
• RNA certification or restorative nursing experience preferred; training may be available.

Responsibilities

• Carry out restorative nursing programs as directed by licensed staff.
• Assist with range of motion, ambulation, transfers and positioning.
• Encourage resident participation to promote independence.
• Monitor progress and report changes to nursing staff.
• Document restorative services accurately and timely.
• Provide compassionate support during restorative sessions.
• Promote resident safety and dignity at all times.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve care goals.
