Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant with active state certification.
• Experience with restorative care and mobility support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement restorative care plans to meet residents’ rehabilitation goals.
• Assist residents with mobility exercises, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Document residents’ progress and communicate changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment during restorative activities.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to ensure continuity of care.
