Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a full-time Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to join our therapy and rehabilitation team. You will assist residents with restorative programs, help obtain weights, support mobility, and promote independence under nursing and rehab supervision.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification required; Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) training/certification preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises and strengthening programs.
• Obtain, record and report resident weights and assist with weight management.
• Support transfers, ambulation, ROM, and other restorative activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and resident mobility to promote independence.
• Document accurately in PCC and maintain a positive therapeutic environment.
