Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) for full-time work. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA certification in good standing for South Carolina.
• RNA training or certification.
• CPR certification if required by licensure or facility policy.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises and strengthening programs as directed by staff.
• Record, report, and monitor resident weights and progress.
• Support mobility, transfers, ambulation, ROM, and restorative activities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain resident comfort and hygiene.
• Maintain documentation and participate in restorative nursing meetings.
