Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to join the rehabilitation team. The role focuses on restorative programs, resident weights, mobility, and functional independence, in collaboration with therapy staff.

The ideal candidate will hold a South Carolina CNA certification, RNA training, and CPR if required by licensure, with preference for PCC experience and LTC exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• SC CNA certification in good standing.
• RNA training or certification required.
• CPR certification if required by licensure or facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises and strengthening programs as directed by nursing staff.
• Support weight management programs and record resident weights.
• Accurately obtain, record, and report weights per protocol.
• Encourage participation in exercise and mobility activities.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, ROM, splinting, and restorative programs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain resident comfort and skin integrity.
• Attend restorative nursing meetings and document in PCC.
