Job summary

Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to join our therapy and rehabilitation team. This full-time role focuses on restorative programs, resident weights, mobility, and functional independence, working closely with therapy staff and residents.

The ideal candidate holds a South Carolina CNA certification, has RNA training, and is capable of accurate documentation in PCC. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises and strengthening programs as directed by nursing and rehab staff.
• Support weight management programs and routine resident weights; accurately obtain, record and report weights.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, ROM, splinting, and other restorative activities; help with daily living activities as needed.
• Document accurately in PCC and communicate changes in resident condition to nursing and rehab leadership.
