• 2+ years’ experience in a SNF setting as a Restorative Nurse.
• Restorative/rehabilitation certification is ideal, but not required.
• Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal).

Responsibilities

The Restorative Nurse Coordinator (RN or LPN) is responsible for coordinating restorative care for our center. You will assist residents in attaining or maintaining the highest level of physical functioning possible. You will work closely with our therapy team to help patients reach their clinical goals and prevent declines.

  • 2+ years’ experience in a SNF setting as a Restorative Nurse
