Role Responsibilities
  • Direct, supervise, and coordinate the Rehabilitation/Restorative Care Program.
  • Complete necessary documentation during resident admission, discharge, and transfer, in accordance with facility policies.
  • Assist in evaluating residents for rehabilitative and restorative services.
Qualifications
  • Current RN or LPN license.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) as a Restorative Nurse.
  • Valid restorative/rehabilitation certification.
  • Experience with falls management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the MDS process.
