Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience as a Nurse, preferably in restorative nursing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Assess physical, emotional, and social needs and coordinate with families and healthcare teams.
• Collaborate with OT/PT and Speech Therapists to promote recovery and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of care plans and progress notes.
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
