The role requires an Illinois RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience, with prior Restorative Nurse experience preferred; the facility offers training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license with CPR certification is required.
• Minimum two years of RN/LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the restorative nursing department.
• Evaluate restorative nursing programs and conduct resident assessments.
• Contribute to resident care plans and related documentation (MDS and more).
