Job summary

Warren Barr Oak Lawn is seeking a Restorative Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our dedicated team in Oak Lawn, IL. The role focuses on supervising restorative nursing services to maintain high standards of resident care.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Illinois RN or LPN license
• CPR certification
• At least two years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• One year prior experience as a Restorative Nurse is required

As aRestorative Nurse, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expectby overseeing and supervising all aspects of the restorative nursing department, evaluating residents restorative nursing programs, performing resident assessments, participating in the resident admission and discharge planning, contributing to resident care plans and completing portions of MDS and other documentation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State ofIllinoisRN or LPN license;

• C.P.R certification.;

• At least two (2) years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting;

• One (1) year prior experience as a Restorative Nurse is required.
