Warren Barr Oak Lawn is seeking a Restorative Nurse (LPN or RN) to oversee the restorative nursing program, evaluate residents, and contribute to care planning in a facility recognized with The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. Qualified applicants hold an Illinois RN or LPN license, CPR, and at least two years in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with one year as a Restorative Nurse preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires an unencumbered Illinois RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification is required.
• At least two years of RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• One year of Restorative Nurse experience is required.
